Arrgh. I went to bed late last night because of this, and I woke up at 7:30 AM this morning for.. YAY!! Engineering CAD. I'm so tired and I can't sleep because the guy next door to me is playing Right Thur, Korn, and stupid Limp Bizkit songs over and over. All I can think of is how much I wish I had my PA system in my room so I could play this four times louder than they can possibly play their crap. Why do people think everyone wants to listen to their crappy music? It's so loud and it doesn't even SOUND like music.

I've always wanted to make an adventure game because I grew up on them, but I'm lazy.

Would it be a rip-off to make southpark styled characters so that a lot of characters could be created easily and quickly, or would it be better to focus on quality? Maybe better to just create a new type of simply drawn character?

I got the idea in my head that it might be fun to make a world in 3d with really simple graphics pasted on the objects.. like the intro to Crank Yankers on Comedy Central, if anyone has seen it. South Park characters would fit well into a world like that, but I don't want to make a game that seems like an annoying ripoff graphically.
