I'm trying to get two characters to speak to each other in a cut scene but every time I do it the screen goes black and it shows each specific character with scrambled words.

Can someone please help me, it would be much appreciated 

Story: Ron Torrington's father told him of stories about An ancient being in his family line that kill's or transforms you into a beast.  but it was just a story right?

I am already working on a game called monsoon: Conman using paint, however for any future projects, I would like to know what the overall best program to use is?

Things are working smoothly now, and here is a New sprite for the main char

Ive taken acceptance to the constructive criticisms, and The screens are being modified, its going to look very very different.




David Monsoon A great field  detective holds precious his very dear life, with his Girlfriend, his crummy apartment, and his friends.  But one day he found himself in a predicament that is so huge he will have to bend all the rules, lie, cheat, and still too save his Girlfriend, his job, his friends, and his life!  Right now i am the only person working on the game.  Below is how far Ive come:
