I have been in the cell and read the journal, but now I am completely stuck.Ã,  What is the next move?

Which journal   I tried opening the night table without success.
The Top is locked and nothing happened with the door underneath.

Did anyone else notice that someone (red sweater) is hiding behind statue in Place Bellecour You have to pay attention otherwise you will miss him. Ã, I saw him walking towards subway but did not see him anymore.

For everyone who is stuck with the boat problem after coming back from Abbay, you have to land very, very close to the rock/bush.  I tried getting back in the boat and it did work.

I have tried that but the cow won't move.Ã,  The hen has time to eat all the seeds and the stupid cow still won't eat/move.Ã,  What I need to know is if there is a special place I have to stand to get the cow moving.Ã,  Do I stand in front of the manger, behind the cow, next to the cow....??Ã,  where exactly.Ã,  I'm sure that is the trick but I just cannot find the right spot.

I just walked up as close to the cow as I could and started trying to throw the seed.Ã,  It wouldn't let me so I took one step back and tried again.Ã,  When I got to where I could throw it down, it worked and the cow backed up.Ã,  That's the best I can tell you.Ã,

That stupid cow has been moving since yesterday but I thought it was the cow under the window that was supposed to move.  That cow must have been laughing at me since yesterday.

Could anyone do anything in the cell.

You must enter the cowshed - there you will find "food" for both the cow and the hen. You are not supposed to get "food" (nor eggs) through the keyhole!

Climb roof, enter cowshed through hole on roof, take seeds and "forage" (and egg, if you don't have plum yet).
Put plum in manger, then put there forage, then put seeds on the ground in front of cow - it will step back.

I've been trying that over and over again, but I can't get the stupid cow to move.  I have tried putting the seed in front and as close as possible to the cow, but it will not move.   Is there a special place that I have to stand.

I've tried that already , ( sorry for not mentioning that in the last post ) , it says I can't use that on the remains / it doesn't do anything. Thanks though.Ã,  Also I tried restarting and trying to get it blessed before they released the spirits but that doesn't work either since whenever you're getting the object , that's when they start the seance.

I went back to my saved game and you do have to use the rosary on the priest.  Before that:

you have to give the rosary (not blessed) to the twins, they will refuse it because it is not blessed.  Go back left of main lobby, everyone is laying on the floor.  Take your rosary and push it into the priest's body (red big spot).  It will automatically be blessed.

Some bugs...

You can retrieve eggs/feed/fodder from shed by looking through the door and picking up, looks like a debug shortcut left in. This also changes the characters graphic so he is not wearing the habit anymore.


I keep getting to a position when when I enter the boat on the mainland side the screen fades out the in again and I am still on the mainland. So I cannot use the boat again. I think this is caused when I miss the landing spot on the mainland side when returning from the island. and have to manouvre near the beach.

If you look at the center of the faces in the church it says 'church entrance'

I also had the game hang a few times when I stood near to where the cow manure appears later on but could not repeat this.

The Bookkeeper can hear you talking to him from the telescope.

I also have the same problem:

I cannot get back on the boat. If I look at it, I get NOW I CAN USE THE BOAT but when I use the 'hand' on it, I just say on mainland.

I also had problems near the cow manure.

I hope Ketmaier can help us soon.

Seeing as how they "killed" the priest and others , how am I supposed to get the rosary blessed?

I think you use rosary on priest then give rosary to twins.

Before coming back to mainland, was there something else I had to do???

I came back to mainland, went to shops, house, basilica, room and nothing new happened.  I even tried the park but there I don't want to get lost.

Went back to boat but cannot use it.

so,I'm doin the punks path,i have chainsaw,i cant find hockey mask and i dont have an clue on what to do..
oh and i cant find ruler..i have gum...

It has been awhile since I played but I think the mask is where the mirrors are.

When I try to leave the Abbay I cannot get in boat because I have to change, but I can't.

I am stuck on Zak Mckracken 2: The New Adventures of Zak Mckracken....
I have charged the battery, got the tractor beam, and combined them, but how to I get Melissa and Leslie down from the moon?
Also, can somebody tell me song that plays during the Melissa/Leslie cutscenes.. (not the death star one).

I would suggest you do a 'search' at the top of the forum where you will probably find your answer.  It has been quite a while since we played this game.

Well getting out of that nightmare was hard, thank goodness for the hints on here. Now is it just me or am I doing something really stupid but I took the subway to Lyon Vieuz Lyon and N.D. Fourviere and they both looked the same to me, same places to go, same shops etc. Am I going crazy or what?

The entrance to subways are alike, but the rest is not.  Fourviere you have the basilica and Vieux Lyon you have the shops.

Before anyone comments on my posting here after I suggested that we should keep our questions for the HINTS forum, I am doing it because I think I found some bugs and I figured that should be in the Completed Game forum.  If I get stuck in the game I will post in the Hints forum.

In your nightmare you have to:

find a key to get out of it otherwise you are stuck inside.Ã,  Find a pot of flowers, brake a big vase and from that point you will find a key to open a locked door.
