Not working for me.... I tried over and over again, but still end upon spikes..and no glimpse of secret area... Anyway, it was a great game and I enjoyed it so much

when you fall, there is a branch just to the right of the path you are falling. when you move your mouse over it, youll see the hotspot.

so, when you start falling, you quickly need to change the cursor to the hand cursor, and grab the branch. mordy will swing clear of the spikes. if you grab it to late, mordy will fall to his death. so you need to find the branch quickly. but once you know where it is, fall again, and try again.

Could someone please tell me if the item shadows at the top of the screen should light up when you have completed a puzzle..............I thought I had succesfully done a puzzle but nothing appeared.

I have answered you today.  I don't think it lights up right away. But I think this should be a question for Wretched.

Thank you Rosie.  I have completed the game but will go back to try to find the secret room.

Wretched:

I have restarted the game 3 times and always end up with my screen freezing when I try to use the key on the chest at the beginning of the game.

Is this a bug?

how did you manage to get the red mushroom.  I got the green and I thought that if I used it then I could get the red one, so I tried putting the green mushroom and  the shells in the cauldron but I get 'it is not necessary yet'.

I am not 100% sure but I think the hangman only lights up after you do the lava puzzle next to it.  I think this is what happened to me.

Another thing you can do is a 'search' on top of the page.  Type in the name of the game, then 'check mark' (Hints, Completed Game) and check the results

hmmmm. still hunting that first note. wanna give me a hint? i have been back to the chalk man and tried adjusting the song sheet again, but no luck so far. i have to get all those notes from the tree song in sequence don't i? not sure what to do with the duck once he's gone either. i know where he goes to.

Which duck are you talking about If you have finished all the puzzles on top, that duck should not be a problem anymore.

Did you get the sheet from the tree

Did you go in water and sat on the rock and  'interacted' with the white spots Something should appear on that rock. Then something should appear on the rock.  Interact with that also and then you go back to the piano cave

yes got all those. i am now missing only the first note of that second tree song. but now i remember what wretched said to you about it and i remember where he said to go look so i am gonna try that. hopefully that will do it. did you finish yet?

Yes I finally did.  But have patience. The last part is not that easy. Believe me, I sweated a lot but really enjoyed the game. Read every hint very carefully. Good luck.

yes thanks i got it after your last reply. now i am just stuck on some notes for that second tree song. have the 3rd and the last 2 but not the others.

What puzzles have you done?  Look at the top/right of screen.

Help, I am stuck. I know I probably need some coins to get a stuffed animal from the arcade. Where do I get coins? If they come from Santa, how?

It has been so long since I played the game.  I would suggest you do a 'search' at the top of the page.  You will find all your answers there.  I know that this game was 'hot' and had lots of hints.  I'm afraid I might not give an accurate answer. 

sunshine, i was able to read your message on the board as far as the BUT. then it stopped. then you must have done the hide thing and i could see the full message. i did try that thing with the chalk man but must be doing it a bit wrong so will try again. thanks heaps. nearly there. this is a cool game.

it is not hard.  Make sure to use the 'interact key' and start with the white dot at the bottom of screen.  Then just keep on connecting the dots.  This will give you the 'passage' or 'entrance' to the cave.

eagerly awaiting the second half of your reply sunshine. while i am waiting i have another question. i can't find the piano cave. i have done the drippy cave and i see the man with the chalk but i don't see another cave.

I don't understand that you are waiting the the 'second half' of my reply. Ã, 

Where you see the man with the chalk, 'talk to him' and you will get another puzzle, like white spots??? then 'interact' with these spots and you will get into the 'piano cave'.

I can't avoid the missile no matter what I do. I have tried hiding in the tube but I get there too early or too late. Is there a trick or do I have to solve another puzzle first? I have tried about a billion times. Well maybe not quite that many.

I tried hiding in the tube and it worked for me BUT that is not the solution. I think you have to find a place to hide but I know for sure  that the missile will fly over and kill the monster
