Please be kind enough as to tell us what you did or how you managed to solve whatever problem you were facing.

We all read the 'hints' forum hoping to find the answer of what/where is blocking us.

Yourself you ask for help so please help the others   It would be greatly appreciated

We seem to find something in every room, but I did not find anything in dining-room.... What Have I missed

I find lately that most of the post in the 'HINTS' forum are guests?

Where are the members of months ago, which I call the 'old members'?  You used to depend on them to be able to answer you in the 'hints' forum because they had already played the games and now I don't see them or very few !!!!

I miss the 'old pros'

I sure will vote for this one. I just love it when we deal with many rooms and lots of puzzles.

One thing I don't like is that my screen goes 'black' almost everytime I make a move and then it seems to freeze, then I have to wait at least 1 minute and the screen comes back.  This is FRUSTRATING .  Also if you open a door, then you have to use the 'walk' button.  And you have to 'look' all over before you can 'get something'.

I was wondering: almost in every room I went through I found something to take.

What is to get in the dining room

How do you open the trap in bathroom

If we miss something in a room.....can we go back to get it

BUT THIS IS A GREAT GAME.   LOVE IT . 

???I've been stuck on the second guard myself. I have tried to make her walk backwards all the way and walk towards me all the way to the elevator. I just dont know what to do? Have tried it many many times...help!

When I started the game, I used the key on the door and teh game ended. Was it just a joke game or there're more things to be done?

Whoops my foult. Both thse thing are bugs in the game. Ofcourse there is more to the game then just opening the door. I'll fix the bugs and post again in about half an hour.

I don't know why after you have 'fixed' the bug I am still having the same problem.

First of all when I downloaded the game I got the message that it could cause problems on my compute.  Do you still want to register your game?   I took a chance and said YES.

The game started, I went to washroom, got tampon, tape and glass. The minute I touched the door to get out, I got a 'fatal error' message and my computer froze.

So I had to remove the game from my computer.

You get the metal bar after you manage to open the door to the city clock. It's leaning against the wall.

OUPS   I was trying to help.   But somehow I don't recall having the metal bar before I used the smoke machine I am really embarrassed. I thought I was helping.

Aussie, where do you get the metal bar to open the grate.

desimaui.Ã,  I went back to my game which I played a long time ago.Ã,  Here is what I did:

1)- in storage room use smoke machine with shelf.
2- use matches with smoke machine
3- wait and read what he is saying.........machine broken....screw
4 - use sceptre on grate
5 - use mask on grate

Sunshinegold, After I light the smoke machine, people above leave the room and Nick says, "The coast is clear." I use the string with the hamburger box to make the gas mask. My problem is it won't work on the grate, nor can I pick up or use the grate

Hi desimaui,  sorry it took so long to answer you.  I was having problems with my computer.

If you cannot open the grate, try going back in the room with statue.   The mask doesn't work.  I tried that.   But if you just pick up the statue, you will see that the mask is automatically in your face.

Just wanted to say that I really liked the way you answered this post.  Very clever.

I can get into the game but not long after my computer freezes on me. It is so annoying! is there something i need to download to make it stop or is it just my computer? i have windows 98.

I don't know if the Technical Forum could help you but maybe you should give it a try

I have windows 98 and I played the game a long time ago but did not have any problems with the game  :)except getting stuck with some of the puzzles, which is normal for me.

Hope you get other replies and see if anyone else had any similar problem.

I tried every tool on the right panel, specially the 1st one and all I get is a long message with 'saliva'.Ã,  I have the acid but whenever I try to use it it says something like 'not with my fingers......' ???Ã,  I'm at the point where dentist still has bad breath.

I have acid, 3 coins, coupon for make-over, salt, 2 knives.

I still could not get in 'party room' (bottom left) and 'school' and grate, and 3rd room next to fortune teller.

Also never managed to do anything with lizard.

Any help would be appreciated.

Um...you need to go to the candy store and buy mint gum which is on the right, in front of the cashier. Then you need to give the Dentist the gum so that he chews it and gives you tools to choose. Pick the spoon. Also remember to grab yourself a piece of wheat which is in front of the wheatfield on the right, in front of the fence. It's closer to the village side. Once you have that, you go home and mix in the wheat into the jar with the yeast. Hope that helps.

I got the gum =  the spoon.  Dip it in acid and gave it to dentist.

I am stuck at the dentist's office.  I read that I have to use acid with dentist's tool. I tried to get plyers on the right hand panel but I can't.  Message about 'saliva...' as for whatever we see on a tablet (left of dentist) nothing happens there.

I have the acid, salt, knives, coupon for make-over, and 3 coins.

Acid gives me 'not with fingers- sarcastic bastard'.

Salt gives me 'you sprinkle salt - it's snowing' or something like that.

I still need to get into school and where the party is on the ground floor.

Also did anyone get into 3rd door on top floor, next to fortune teller

Wow, I pratically went through this entire forum before I found someone that looked like they had experienced a similiar problem. No mater what I do I cannot get up through the grate in this game. I have the gas mask, (hamburger box with string) but it won't work on the grate...I HAVE TRIED AND TRIED AND NOW I AM JUST TIRED! NOTHING WORKS. EVEN RELOADING THE GAME YUK!!!

In the storage room, use smoke machine with shelf, then use matches on smoke machine.
