The item I could not 'look at' from my inventory was a 'car magazine' and not a 'bottle/can of oil'.   :o

Where is the key?

Ok.  After you go to the house and it is locked.  First go the right of the house, you will find something in the barrel.

Then go to the screen left of the house, go up, you see 4, 3, 1 barrels on the right of the screen.  Search those barrels.

Sometimes you have to look more than 1 time.

I don't know where to stand to catch the condor after I beat the dragon. Any help please?Ã,

You have to go right until you see a house.  But you have to find the key to get in.  When you get into the house, look at table.

You're right in a way but I do have patience, well at least most of the time.

BTW I was playing the game but read wku when I got stuck.

No, unfortunately there isn't a secret way to get through those sensors. It just takes skill, patience and constant saving in order to get through them.

If you didn't know this already, you can move diagonally in Hank's Quest (as it is an AGI game). Moving diagonally when you reach a sensor corner works especially well.

I didn't know anything about diagonal moves.

I tried using '7' ,  '9', '4', '6', '1' and '3' and it worked

I finally got out of that office

Now the game should be finished, according to wku, after I give the rose to Charlene.  The wku says watch the ending, but I have 186/200 and nothing happens.  Charlene is pleased but nothing else.

No, I did not know that you could move diagonally.  I use my arrows up, down, left, right.     Can you tell me how else I can work this floor.

I've been trying to figure out the maze for the past ten minutes. I already figured out that we needed toÃ,  use the nore, but everytime we follow the name nothing happens! We've tried over and over and still no crystal room. We have Eswinn, and keep on going east south west north north like we are supposed to, but no luck.

I know that for myself I had to retry lots of times and then finally it happened.  Don't give up.   

I managed to get into caretaker's office but he has sensors all over the floor.

I tried to get the collection from the front of the desk but I get message 'not close enough, but nice try' or something like that.

Then I managed to get near the right wall but I die every time.  I've been trying for 2 days and getting burnt  and fed up.

Is there a 'secret' way to get through

It says I can't because there are some classes.Ã,  DAH! I know.Ã,  but according to walkthru you have to go home first and then come back to class

OK I finally got passed that problem.  I went back into  class 14 and went back outside and it worked.

Hi again

I'm stuck with the broken down wall.Ã,  I now have 213 pts.

Also, in my inventory I have a crow-bar.

Now I know this will sound weird but in the game I cannot use (-) (hyphen) as in crow(-)bar.

I've tried Ctrl-, Alt-1, nothing doing.Ã,  If I type crow bar, crow_bar, or crow bar, it does not recognize the word

Any suggestions?Ã, 

OK SOLVED -  I don't understand why or how, but somehow after quite a while, the game accepted 'crowbar'.

I completed the game with only 214 points.

I may try again and try to reach 222 points.
