I went back to my last 'save' before the end of the game and the red erring was still there. So I guess you don't need it.
If I'm wrong, I hope someone else will tell us, but I don't think I'm wrong.

You need to add the hippie's inventory to the mud in the mug. So you have to get rid of the Hippie in order to get his things. Therefore you only need to pull the string at the pool and then suggest the hippie to swim in the pool. Afterwards you give the lady her 'coffee'

You were helpful. With that 1 hint I managed to get to almost the end.  I say ALMOST because when HE was going to name who framed him, then I got an error message and my computer crashed. I reloaded my last 'save' and tried again (3 times) and the same thing happened. So I gave up. Now I posted a new topic looking to find out who framed him.

I finally managed to get to the end, WELL ALMOST the end. After the credits, when he is ready to tell us who framed him, the game crashes, error message.

Did anyone finish the game?  If yes, please tell me if I was at the end and WHO framed him.

p.s.  I have reloaded the game a few times (3) and same result, crash before ending.

I have just downloaded these 2 games from madmanmadness.tripod and it says you can use the game for 2 days and then have to pay $10.00.  Is that a joke?  I may be naive but this is the first time I see this when downloading games from AGS Games.

Do you know if there is a walkthru for this game?

thanx Jane for replying, but i couldnt find the english translation of the game. i went to setup but i only found one default language which is Spanish..

I am also looking for the English version.  I just deleted the game because I didn't understand Spanish.  I will wait to see if you get English version before downloading again.

OK I went to the website (AGS GAMES) and from set up was able to change to English (Default Language shows Spanish) but click on the arrow and you will get English.

Also is there a walkthru for this game?

Has anyone played this game.  

I have been going in back and forth in the 3 screens.

From one I got a cup - + mud = she is thirsty

In second in front of jail = nothing (the guard cannot give me her bra because she has none)

In third - I emptied the pool (could not get water in my cup before emptying the pool) and cannot get anything from guard or prisoner and I cannot go to mini put.

Can anyone tell me what I should be doing or what I am missing?

Since you've finished the game can you tell me how to open the door after you released Mrs Derby from the force field. I seem to be stuck ay the last hurdle. Your help would be much appreciated   Thanks

Use the buttons on the right.  I went back and forth to the control in the middle and those buttons. At first nothing happened and then it opened the door.

Go back home, check the bathroom.  Something absorbent.. that'll hold water... from the sink there...

Did you check the books in the library already?  You'll need something from one of them, a recipe.  Make sure you check the three desks there for the children that were in that first school room, if you haven't already.

Hope so too.  Thanks.  Stupid me I thought of the bathroom but did not go back.  Plus I've had the sponge since the beginning.  I will try it. and Yes I did get recipe that's how I knew I needed boiling water.  I hope I don't need a container for water on the beaker.

flower is in park (you can get to it because you have the axe-us the axe on something else in park)

gum is on church door

you can only open the "student" desk on the right

forget the file cabinet

search the books in the school library for the recipe of ingredients to put in beaker-it falls out of a book.  (when looking at the books, keep looking again and again because there are 2 places in which the book changes each time you look)

i've used the axe on bernie, the hut, the chimney, and the tv set, nothing happens. when i use the axe on the trees, my game freezes. can any one give me a hint?

Same thing here. My game keeps freezing. But I wonder if it's because I went back too late to the park to get the flower, it is dark and the guard tells me I cannot go in until morning.

I think I will restart the game and get the flower earlier in the game.  Hopefully this will work and my game will not freeze.
