I have been working on it on and off for several months, but now it is finally up!

My very own website:
ParkingGoat.com

This is a place to hold my games in a single place, a blog I am planning to start and game reviews I am planning to do.
Nothing too fancy, but please take it for a spin if you have the time.
I will also accept guest reviews so if you want to do a review and have nowhere to put it, look no further!

And one last thing, if you have a blog of your own with rss and want to join my newsfeed, please pm me, and I will gladly put you there, if you are not already there...

Looks like it is coming along nicely.
The music is perfect for the game, well done!
Waiting for more videos, though maybe just a tiny bit more concise, it is much easier to swallow your food in smaller chunks, you know...

I too have practically finished writing 'AGS Footballer 3D Ultimate Revenge', but I am not gonna publish it due to Gemini Rue... So I'm delaying release to December 2012, hoping for a year with poor games only...

Oh noes, I missed Programmer's day!  :'(

Also mods, you have a bug there, I am afraid you will be stuck in the classroom just going beep forever and ever...

CON:
-Deliberately murdered 6 million innocent men, women and children just because they were Jewish

Name a war that wasn't toward something that helped separate people apart and not conclude in killing your mother. Namely, it's war, that is legal.
If there is no just reason to go to war, then the war itself is illegal.
Commiting genocide is not a just reason to go to war, it is the worst crime of all.
And even if the war was just, still, deliberately murdering innocent citizens (some of them even their own citizens which were proud German patriots) is not legal, and therefore considered a war crime.

THE QUESTION IS, HOW SURE ARE YOU THAT WHAT YOU ARE TOLD IS the ABSOLUTE TRUTH? There's only one reason why things happen. MONEY IS TO BE MADE. BASH MY POST PLEASE.
100%.
I know that from the small amount of my family members (and friends family members) that survived and witnessed their brothers and sisters going to the gas chambers or killed in other various ways.

We are finally home, after more than a day hanging around in airports and airplanes, and also experiencing signs of PMS- Post Mittens Sighs...
It was a blast, you are all wonderful people, you made us feel at home and it was a pleasure to meet you.  :)
Expect photos from Noa later on...

Also, the videos & photos you guys have put so far were hillarious.

Recruitment / Office Shenanigans
Mon 22/08/2011 00:59:54
Hi, I am looking for an artist to make my little game, Office Shenanigans, into something pretty.
The game was made in a week for the OROW competition, you can find it here:
here.

If you played it, liked it, and want to give the game justice, please pm me.

Every piece of graphics in the game will have to be redone, including The background, the objects, the inventory items, animations and the portraits with several expressions per characeter.
I have no objection with you picking your style of graphics, as long as I find it fitting for the game.

Aeterna Duel
While I did not play it for too long, since it was a little bit too complicated for me, I was very impressed with the amount of details, it was probably very hard to code...

Apple Farm
I really loved the graphics, it was very cute, definitely a must play for children, and a refreshing change from all those manly games.

Barrier
My favorite without a doubt, a well deserved win, it was funny as hell...

One Room One Cheese
Very very nice, I was impressed both with coding and with the level design. I actually did not find it too hard, the learning curve was very good for my taste.

Requiem
Also very nice, I really liked both the pacing and the graphical style in this one. I actually found it harder than One Cheese, mostly due to having to restart the level on every fall, but I did manage to finish it at the end.

ODR3
Ah, what can I say? Another Ponch classics... Got everything I expected, sexiness, humour and gore wrapped in a really tight package... I liked that you manage to give depth and back stories in this, though I do admit that it might had a little too many dialogs.

RapSqLud
A really great game from the italian god.
I really liked the concept, I played like 8 levels until it got too difficult for me, but I feel that with some work it could turn into a classic.

Dehaunt
It looked really nice at first but really I did not find anything to interact with... Then I saw in the hints thread that said you can use the spacebar, but I have not managed to get back to it since.

Procrastinator
A text adventure with buttons, how was it not done before? I liked the writing, some funny stuff... I thought it was a bit lazy design to allow the player to carry on without some needed items, but I can appreciate that there was not a lot of time, and it did have a certain charm to it. I eventually stopped due to that bugI mentioned earlier.

Entrapped
I loved the background, so many stuff crammed in there, and the blueprint style was very nicely done. However, it was a bit overwhelming with all the inventory items that are not really needed, and when I wanted to save and didnot find a button, I had to give up on it.

The Devil Got My Woman
I thought it had lots of potential, the setting and the writing caught me by surprise, it was very refreshing. The graphic style was also very interesting. I eventually stopped because of that damn bug, but if you create a fixed version (you also need to do some proof reading), I will definitely want to play it.

Office Shenanigans
Well, many thanks for all the people who played and commented, I really appreciate the feedback.
I knew all along that people will not like having to wait for the characters going to places, it is a major flaw, but I did not have enough time to fix it. I do intend to release an improved version, and in that oppurtinity, if there is an artist here that is interested in making graphics for this game, please pm me (that includes the portraits, I cannot take credits for them, sorry guys). I will also post in asking for help thread.
Also, dualnames, I have not played office space, I will be sure to give it a try now...

Hmmm, it seems that I won't be available to give all games a fair chance, since I'll be super busy today, and tomorrow I'll be flying to London (riot-land, here I come!), so I might away give my short impression from the games:
A really nice variety of games, and was a real fun to play them.
It was also quite fun to try and guess who created what game. I think I got most of them right, though I still have no idea who made ODR3...  :D

I must say that I really enjoyed "Barrier", gave me some Monthy Python vibes...

Also some issues I had:

In PROCRASTINATOR-
Spoiler
Got to the balcony, used the padding, and the screen turned black and there was nothing I could do... I played in full screen, so it might be related to that.

In ENTRAPPED-
It didn't run for me in full screen, but it did in windowed.
Also, I got stuck, wanted to save and return later, but didn't find a save button.
Nice looking packed background though!

In DE_HAUNT-
I just now spotted in the Hints thread that you have to use Space Bar, I just wondered around aimlessly...

In THE DEVIL GOT MY WOMAN-
It looks really really interesting, and I would really want to see what happens, though I had the same already mentioned bug-
Spoiler
I hit the guy with the mirror, he left, my guy walked weird, and then it just returned to the past, the guy was there again and the mirror was back in the drawer, so I couldn't continue...

Cat, I got stuck there too, I'm not sure exactly what I did but...
Spoiler

I tried to ruin the tree a lot of times, and eventually a thread from my pants went loose...

If you're still stuck after that, then:

Make the bird fly, and jump, to get the thread stuck on the bird...

@Radiant: I submitted my game directly by email since the forums were down and I needed to sleep, so that makes it 10...

Same here...

What I wrote was:

Wow, this is a really good looking website!
I'm impressed...

The error I got was:

You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'm impressed...','293','10')' at line 3

Looks good though...

Hah! I've been actually spending all my time on the placeholder art...

I am hereby declaring my interest in participating in the above competition.
if I were to submit an entry, that entry will be made via the software known by the name of 'AGS', though I bare no objection myself to other contenders using other forms of software, be it the despicable 'Wintermute' or the beloved tool 'Microsoft Word'.

Haven't played it yet, but I did see this and thought you might be interested:

Looks awesome btw..

Awesome, aborting 'big blue cup hats' plan and initiating 'red bearded man' plan    :)...

@Arjon: Thank you, I uploaded a new version (version 6) with a fix for that issue.

@monkey: Awesome, I'll be waiting for a few days for more bug reports before checking in the code to the branch. Also, good luck on your secret project (I took a small peek to your checkin notes, so I vaguely know what it's related to  ;))...

@cat: Awesome x2... btw, if you (or anybody else) encounter this issue on some other future versions for testing, know that all you need to do is go to a version that's working and copy all files that are missing from the new version.
The reason this does work for some people, is (from what I've read) because if you have visual studio installed, then you don't need several dlls.

EDIT: And, I checked in the changes to the branch.

Also, you apparently lost you left shoe, so assuming that the torch lights up from the sparks, look for something to put on your leg (maybe the corpse has a shoe?).

This looks very nice, good luck with that.
Just so you know, there's already an adventure/puzzle game called 'The visitor'...
