The game is going to be loosly based on the 1980 film, the plot is:

Zarjovs rocket has crashed on mongo, mings guards have captured zarkov and dale, but you flash has managed to evade capture. The game starts with you stood by the crashed ship, your objective is to rescue dale and zarkov and save the earth. I will be useing some of the queen music and some cutscenes from the film (copyright depending).

at the moment i am in very early stages of development, (pen and paper stage) so i have no art work to post as yet, however the intro file is done and is on my website (see above). the file is large so be patient (16mb). the final game will also be large, but i am looking for an install system to cut down the file sizes and pack them for distribution.

No my name is zordork, i am suprissed you off not heard of this mighty wizard, a character I created some 20 years ago for dungeons and dragons, this character has evolved in those years, and is well renowned in the DnD, RPG and adventure circles.

I tried that i want a room called intro so i have changed character start to 0 and tried to creat a new room i whent to room editor settings and clicked on edit script and typed in this script:

PlayVideo ("intro.mpg", 1, 1);
NewRoom (1);

and get the following message when i try to save the room:

There was an error compiling your script. the problem was:
In: `Main Script`
Error (line 2); parse error: unexpected `PlayVideo`

am i missing somthing

I have made an intro film for my game, and named it intro.mpg, i know the command to run this is "playvideo (intro.mpg,1,1): but my question is were do i put this command
