Why is this game not listed on the official RON site (http://www.realityonthenorm.info/games.php?sort=1&index=70)? Is it not an 'official' RON game?

Huh... I thought I'd played all the RoN games (well, except for some of the most recent ones that came out since I played through them all and that I haven't gotten to yet), but I'd never even heard of this one...
It's a rather weird one, too.
Until the creation of this thread, I wasn’t aware that this game even existed. It was never submitted and I didn’t know it was announced on the AGS forum nor did anyone inform me of that fact at the time. Things occasionally get missed.
update: Having had a look at it, while the game takes liberties with aspects of the RoN universe (characterization, locations, etc), judging from what I've seen, it looks like it's a follow-up to a previous game or is at least part of a larger story-line.
Does anyone have any thoughts/objections to this being added to the site?
I don't mind it being added, although I think it should be labeled with the "Non-Canon" status.
