We are looking to launch Fall 2016, so this is a great entry level opportunity for anyone that wants credit on a commercially released game.

MARKETING INTERN

Zing Games is looking for a Marketing Intern starting this summer (June 2016). We need someone to work one day a week and help us with various marketing related tasks, mostly our social media channels so the commitment would be pretty light.

Overview

We are looking for someone to run our social media channels, create our monthly development updates, reach out to press outlets, etc. This position is essentially a combination of marketing/social media and community management so if those sound interesting to you then shoot us an application!

Qualifications

• Self-Starter, someone who is willing to take the reins in a fairly independent role.
• Knowledge of the indie games market â€" We are looking for someone who understands the market and has a broad perspective on what factors contribute to a successful launch.
• Experience with community engagement through avenues like Facebook, Twitch, Twitter, etc. and through conventions/shows.

Additional Qualifications

• Knowledgeable on the game development process
• Knowledgeable with the press in any capacity
• Passion about video games and marketing.
