Well, since you requested voice actors from different nationalities and the fact that I got myself a decent headset. I'll volunteer for the voice acting.

Plenty of other voice parts waiting to be filled... Murderer, suspects, whores, medical examiner, police chief...(nod)
If you still need some voice acting, I have the will and the tools.
If you have some Spanish or German character I could give him that accent too.
