Does any team need game designer?

Essentially i have many game ideas, at least one already outlined in my computer, but i am totally uncapable in graphics and music. Sure, i can and actually do make text adventures in ADRIFT, but i am hoping to work on graphical game and little more publicity than text adventures can gain.
