Whenever I go to the All Games list in AGS Games, I find myself sorting the list by release date to see what's new:

I think it'd be a much more sensible default sort.
The current default sort is by name. It's a useful sort if you're looking for a specific title, but we have a search field for that.
Yeah, I do the same. The arrows do the job fine but I think I'd prefer it if the default order was byrelease date.
I think there has to be a "New Games"-Field added for that task.
I do the same, but "All games" is just to show all games in existing.
Btw: The search field often isn't working properly.
Yeah, I've noticed that search field seems to break. Personally, I thought it was just me or my browser that was the problem. Nice to know it isn't just me.
Also, agreed, it'd be nice to easily see the new games that have come out, whether that's organizing them by release date by default, or having a "New Games" field.

Same here. Since the recent news on the main page is not recent anymore - wouldn't it be a good idea to show new games there instead?

same here and I second the idea to show the newest 3-5 entries to the gamesDB on the main page or the games main page.
For a quick and easy change: can we simply add this link http://www.adventuregamestudio.co.uk/site/games/allgames/1/date/desc/ (http://www.adventuregamestudio.co.uk/site/games/allgames/1/date/desc/) to the right side menu of the games page labeled as "Recently Added Games" under the "All Games List"?

And I agree, the site should have better news, but this was like a 5 min thing. No, 1 min even.
