On the other hand,
olbies and newbies just may
battle forever.

Options seem quite dire;
Neither would be pleasant;
Does a third exist?

Yes, indeed it does.
These haikus came far too late;
The best I could do.

This all sounded poo;
Opinion obscured by structure;
Bang goes my two cents.
