Hello, I want to start a new game but don't have the idea for it. So  I need your ideas it doesn't matter if it's a horror or  misery anything that pops in your head will be find but be serous.

Armageddon

Take a movie, make it a game.

Take a daily activity like bike riding, and make it a game.

Why not make Misery as a game? It won't need that many assets, and it's got enough meat to make loads of cool puzzles.

Wow, that would be the coolest game ever! 8-0 Awesome idea!

Idea 1: A guy who walks in to a pizza restaurant, goes to order his toppings and all of a sudden a masked psychopath sticks a gun to his head. Based on the clues he gives you, you have to pick each individual topping until you get the correct order. Get one wrong... You may just end up a topping yourself!

Idea 2: A guy is looking through a newspaper at the job adverts. He applies for a warehouse job, goes to the interview, gets the job. After a few days working, he overhears that the boxes he's helping to pack and send off are actually counterfeit goods. The dude soon realizes he's mixed up in a huge criminal operation. He goes to the police and tells them about it. They wire him and send him in as a mole to help thwart the operation. Hilarity ensues.

Idea 3: Chuck Norris VS the mole people.

An idea I had but never had the resources to make:

Your character wakes up one day to find he/she is in the body of a baby leopard.  He has the ability to understand the mother leopard and notices a strange device (it's rather small) is stuck to his chest.  The mother tries to remove it but can't.  Shortly afterwards, a monkey shows up and reveals that he has the same device stuck to the back of his hand.  He explains that he is not a monkey but a human but has no clue who he was before and why he is now a monkey.  You both try to remove each other's device and succeed.  Unfortunately, the devices connect to the new bodies.  You're now stuck in the body of a monkey and the monkey in the body of the leopard cub.  Fleeing the scene so the mother leopard doesn't eat him, your character realizes he has no memory of who he is or how this happened.  Before any answers can come up, he's captured in a net and finds himself stuck on a plane with several other poached animals.  However, the device was damaged and now comes loose.  Experimentally, the character throws the device at one of the other animals.  Depending on which animal the device is thrown at, the character goes into another country and now inhabits that body.  The mission: find out who you are, find out who did this to you, and find a way back to normal.  Throughout the game you must switch bodies with different animals in order to get past various obstacles or solve puzzles.  As the game progresses you learn that you aren't the only person involved in this scheme and that there are in fact, many others who are also trapped in animal bodies with no knowledge of who they truly were beforehand.

I can just see it now:

Use sledgehammer on legs.

"I better put a wooden block between the legs first."

OR

Use paper on mouth.
Use paper on mouth.
Use paper on mouth.
Use paper on mouth.

I think it would be better if you were a human that woke up in the body of an animal and had to rip yourself out, Ace Ventura style.

I like Chuck Norris VS the mole people.

This is based on a true story, so you will have to obtain releases from all of the survivors.

Should be easy though, as Chuck Norris was the sole survivor.

That's the best poster eeever!

Ghost

Just make an Oceanspirit Dennis game.

a) You can never have enough Oceanspirit Dennis games.
b) Almost all games and assets are open source.
c) It is impossible to make a bad Oceanspirit Dennis game- they are bad on purpose.
d) There. Is. No. Canon. (Despite what Monkey will tell you  ;-D )

shadowface

Ghost I could make an Ocean spirit Denise game, but I'm not sure if I will be able to program it. Unless someone is willing to help me.
