Fluke...that really doesn't make sense. First off it should say, "So did you hear monkey isn't funny?" or "So did you hear? monkey isn't funny!" Because "monkey isn't funny?" is written as a question by itself (as indicated by the question mark) indicates...Blue (I don't know which is which) doesn't know that monkey isn't funny. Yellow confirms that monkey isn't funny, to which Blue expresses his deep anguish at this fact. Yellow then confirms that he too feels the same way. So apparently, I'm not funny, but Radar and Blip wish I were. But they wish you weren't the creator.

Okay...enough of that. On to the Zombie Partay!:

It's not a very good party. Which is why Zombie-Radar and Zombie-Blip are upset. But what can they do?

Okay...I was compelled after seeing that picture to put my own sad little joke up anyway, because that one was so...hmm...I shall remain tactfull and not comment.
