I just couldn't get into this game. I don't think the plot provided enough atmospher (sp)...Not bad, just mediocre. Try again, if you avent already. I love psychologic thrillers...but I did't get enough of that to immerse me in the game.

The good guys loose control when you don't expect it. You blocked somewhere and just hear what hapens. That's when the reality alters. Every room you enter looks peacefull but hides a secret or meaning, and you always expect to find a monster. The characters you meet seem very natural because of the drama in their stories. The story is discovered indirectly. When it comes to an end it feels like you left a part of yourself in the castle. You will appreciate the child-hand graphics that seem to be the mark of the children involved in the story; it's like you see things through their eyes. You will appreciate the valse in one of the rooms: just imagine a killer listening to that musing while he does the killing. It may be sick but is impressive and it is not violent despite a dead bodies scene that is placed in the adult/real world and the ending that has to be partially guessed. I played many AGSs so far but this is the only one that i would like to play again. R.Higgins, please write another game.
