It's been a peculiar day for Jessica Plunkenstein. By a freak twist of fate and airline security, our heroine finds herself battling evil barons bent on world domination, evil headmistresses bent on pathological propriety, and evil yodelers bent on nothing in particular. Full of llamas, ninjas, French people, pickled herring, dubious German accents, yetis in heat, and musical theatre up the wazoo, Jessica's adventures bring her from the Amazonian Rain Forests to the Norwegian Alps with layovers along the Eastern seaboard. So tag along, and you, too, can unravel The Düsseldorf Conspiracy in what the New York Times calls the Best Adventure Game of 2005!
Features:
* Zany intercontinental escapades wit…h absolutely no mammoths or talking robots
* Eight hours of addicting gameplay, divided over four parts and fifty unique locations
* Full score and professional voice acting
* Writing that would put James Joyce, Jane Austen, and Anton Chekov to shame
* Art that would put them to suicide

September 2008
An often-ignored classic, Jessica Plunkenstein is a hilarious romp with, err.... "eclectic" graphics. It is a very decent length, full (and pretty good) voice acting, a mountain of humour, good puzzle design, and best of all an evil bBaron bent of mind-controlling all of Broadway! Go play!
We'd love to hear what you think about the game!

An amazing game that I cannot believe I only discovered just now. Possibly one of the funniest AGS games of all time, and one of the most charming.
I'm proud to say that I completed the game without resorting to any hints. This was quite difficult as the puzzles get frustrating at points, but when I finally figued them out I never felt they had been unfair or illogical, and was always glad I had perservered rather than take the easy way out.
So: An awesome AGS game with some of the best voice acting ever, great puzzles, and a wonderful fun feel delivered by a bunch of Uni students who were obviously close and having just a blast both making the game and sharing each others' company.
GET IT OR REGRET IT!!!
Oh, and I thought the puzzles were v.g. too - they all made sense and just took a little bit of exploration and experimenting to work out, i.e. challenging enough to be fun but not too difficult. Just a really fun game all around.
Loved it - thank you! The voice acting for all the characters was excellent and really impressive (better than many commercial games I've played), music was very good and the humor was outstanding - I laughed through the whole thing! I even liked your "lame" graphics, LOL!
This game was hilarious. It had me laughing from start to finish. Good job.
The puzzles were all really clever and not too bizarre, so I was able to finish with only a little help from a walkthrough. I probably could've finished it without a walkthrough, but I guess I'm just impatient.
But that last puzzle sucked. =P
The voice-acting was very, very well done, and really breathed life into the game. It was well worth the large download.
The graphics weren't great, and their inconsistency jarred me quite a bit, what with the RotN stuff, the clipart, and your own drawings. Also, the lack of description for a lot of actions was rather irritating and terribly unprofessional. unhandled_event, please!
However, in light of the game's good points, those flaws, which would be glaring and game-destroying in a lesser work, are actually pretty negligible. It was an amazing game nonetheless.
A hilarious game, with good voice acting and strong puzzles. With the exception of the (amusingly) simplistic graphics, the game has the feel of a Classic LucasArts adventure.
