AGS Engine | Graphics | IgnoreWalkBehinds should throw a warning |
---|---|---|
Radiant | When using DirectX 5, setting IgnoreWalkbehinds on a character or object makes it ignore walkbehinds but still appear behind characters/objects with a higher baseline (this is admittedly weird; it allows you to set up a walkbehind with baseline 100, an object with baseline 90, and a character with baseline 80 which appears over the WB but under the object). When using DirectX 9, setting IgnoreWalkbehinds is equivalent to setting its baseline to some very large value. This means that when compiling for DirectX 9, the IWB flag doesn't behave as expected, and using it should throw a compiler warning or error. | |
