Leet is a corruption of the word "elite", but its use by the more annoying elements of the interweb has tended to give it the opposite meaning, in that one who seriously described himself as leet is a bit of a newbie. However, it is mostly used ironically by the AGS community, as we're all a bunch of well-rounded individuals.
