Leet

Leet is a corruption of the word "elite", but its use by the more annoying elements of the interweb has tended to give it the opposite meaning, in that one who seriously described himself as leet is a bit of a newbie. However, it is mostly used ironically by the AGS community, as we're all a bunch of well-rounded individuals.

Leet speak is sometimes used by those who consider themselves leet and leet represented in leet speak is 1337. If you ever manage to make 1337 posts exactly on the AGS forums, you wil find that your post count is displayed as "leet", instead of the normal numerical value.
