The AGS Panel is a team of AGS forum veterans who play all of the games here, and give them ratings from one to five cups. The rating system is as follows:
1 CupNot serious entertainment
2 CupsA reasonable game, worth a try
3 CupsA good game, worth playing
4 CupsA great game, well worth your time
5 CupsAn outstanding, must-play game!
Feel free to disagree with the panel's rating, and please don't be offended if you think your game has been under-rated!

(Why has my game been rated 1 cup?)

If your game has been rated 1 cup, please don't be offended! It's common for your first game release to get a 1-cup rating, due to the game having a lack of polish and flair -- which is understandable, because you're just getting started!

Please understand that the main purpose of the ratings is to help potential game players find high quality, bug-free games to play. You've probably learnt a lot about AGS as a result of making your first game -- so why not use that knowledge to start afresh, and do even better with your next game!

About this game

Waking up from a weird dream, much like Zak McKraken used to do, our hero finds himself involved in a strange scenario involving demons, a walk in the park, and lots of bad behaviour.

2 people commented on this game (newest first):

Quite a charming game! I liked it a lot, and enjoyed its unashamed weirdness and sense of humor. The demon designs were quite nice, there was no pixel hunting, and the game became quite amusing at points. Not to mention that the main sprite was one of the more humorous-looking protagonists I've run across. Demon Day offered a light-hearted and fun diversion that didn't take itself too seriously, and I can recommend it readily for anyone who doesn't mind a dose of sillyness in their adventures. Good work Frederik Hermund!

I really enjoyed this game. Wish there was more. this is the kind of game I started out with. Better than a lot of commercial games. I rate it 9 1/2.
