An exception 0xC0000005 occured in ACWIN.EXE at EIP = 0x0049F0F8 ; program pointer is +206, ACI version 2.57.650, gtags (0,0)

AGS cannot continue, this exception was fatal.

occurs in one room, but only if the anti-alias sprites-checkbox in the game setup is checked.
I hope this can be fixed.

Please don't provide bug reports from old beta versions, as it's impossible for me to use those numbers to track down the problem.

Could you either use v2.56d or the latest 2.6 RC5 release and provide the error message please, thanks.

How big is your game? Is it small enough to upload for me to take a look at?

Hmm it might just be a problem with that specific room - could you just upload the room file please?

Thanks for that - looks like the room's palette has got corrupt somehow, which is crashing the engine when it tries to calculate the antialiasing tables. I'll get a workaround into the engine.

Just out of interest, is your game 256-colour or 16-bit colour?
