Am I giving away a project!?

Hello! I have no idea if I'm posting in the right forum, but I need to get this off my chest.
I've tried picking up AGS and the project, but I don't have the brain power to do this anymore. So I want to hand off the project to someone else, as long as I'm in control of the story and the characters. The game means the world to me, and I want the proper people/team to take care of it. Hopefully being able to release it. That is my hope, as I haven't been able to do it myself.

Right now I'm rewriting the design document, but this is what we've done already:

Episode 1
Story: 100% complete
Puzzles: 100% complete
Dialogues: 90% complete

Episode 2:
Story: 100% complete
Puzzles: 100% complete

The game absolutely has potential. I'm not just the right guy to do this alone. I need help from a team that has a few project under its belt. This project has been delayed and delayed, and it has so much potential if there right people does this. I've got too much else in my life, so I need someone to take over. Bill Tiller has looked at the story, and called it epic. So if you trust him and has enough of experience, please do write back. Sorry again if I'm not telling more about the project right now, as I don't want to go official about it just yet.
