Looking for a game I played a while back

Hi im looking for a game Im pretty sure was AGS but I cant be entirely sure. It was a made up of Half Life engine screenshots and it was a horror game. At one point you get burried alive and there was sometimes a glitch that meant you couldnt finish the game because it sent you back and you just kept getting burried alive again.

If anyone could enlighten me as to the name and whether or not this glitch was fixed I'd much appreciate it

I have not played it, but sounds like Gord10's "Lost in the Nightmare".

I don't know if whatever glitch you are talking about was fixed, but it probably was?
