Has anybody played The Worm?

I was just wondering if anybody has played the game 'The Worm'. It has no votes or reviews, no screenshot and the link seems to be broken but I am really intrigued by the information given and really wanna play it. Can anyone point me towards a working link or if not, just tell me what the game is like?

Yes, I have it somewhere. I'll try to find it.
It's great game, very addictive. Strangely, it's only 19 Kb hard and plays with only one button (space), and nevertheless better than many 3 CD games.
You play as worm that is going trough the dungeon, skipping obstacles and so...
It's shouldn't be hard to get, look for abandonware sites (if I don't find mine).
