Anyone know what happened to the underdogs?

Looks like they forgot to pay a bill, this is most unhappy!

Sektor 13

Yes, very strange.

I must say that i HATE when some well known site gets replaced with some bullshit like "buissines search", "book search"... kind of garbage. >:(

Dr. Scary

Exactly the same happened with Underdogs a couple of years ago. They forgot to pay the bill and someone snatched theunderdogs.org, forcing them to change to the-underdogs.org

Regarding the current unavailability of the site:

Sarinee Achavanuntakul, in a rare public appearance in IRC, related that this problem is due to credit card details, and the domain would be working soon. In the meantime, the site is accessible at http://209.120.136.195/

Well it seems to be back now. Looks like we can breathe again.

Ashen

Not for me, it isn't.
I noticed yesterday that the RON bit was down, but the main site seemed fine. Now I guess that's gone too. Think they'll be able to get theunderdogs.org back now?
I know what you're thinking ... Don't think that.

MrColossal

I guess I could also have read about it on her personal blog!

http://www.fringer.org/

But hooray that it's back, but the game I was looking for isn't on there!

What were you looing for, Eric?

Gilbert

Oh no, my homepage is down also. :P

The Ivy

This confirms my theory that the internet is in fact a vast shapeshifting ocean, and no two sites are in the same place twice.  There go my chances of finding the grail.

edmundito

omg ags forums are down too! ¬¬

Trumgottist

My site is up, and has been for a long time.  ;D

Time Killers. A very dumb 2d fighting game... Don't bother looking for it for me, I don't care anymore, just talking to someone at work about personally definitive 2d fighters from our youths.

Sarinee is awesmoe! I hope she gets her domain name back soon, it would be really nasty for some advert-operant to steal it again.

The Inquisitive Stranger

You know, from the title of this thread, I thought HOTU had produced a Canadian counterpart.
Actually, I HAVE worked on a couple of finished games. They just weren't made in AGS.

Well, it IS quite the honor to be hosted by HOTU and Sarinee. I wish she would host my games as well.
