Everytime I start a game I work on it for about 5 hours in a row, then suddenly I realize I'm completely bored and I delete the game. Where (pshycologically) can I find the mentallity to complete a game if I start it?

You can find it when you actually sit on your ass and do it. The best for you would be to do a little project, perhaps even a little 5 minutes game, but do finish it. This is the most important trait for a project leader - the ability to finish them.

Do what I do every one of the 10 games I have started on...

:write down that one idea that made you want to make that game
:Brainstorm and write a storyline and plot
:Scetch the image of the characters and rooms
:Make a storyboard
:Make a map of the rooms
:stall....
:get a drink
:use the restroom
:Go over your crap and redraw them

Finnally, You are ready to draw and script your game without hitting any rough spots where you have to stop and get fustrated..

If you can work 5 hours straight on a game, then you can take the rest of the day off and work another 5 hours tomorrow.
The way you construct your games might be a problem though. Don't just jump into making art and programming once you come up with an idea. Instead, just write everything down in Notepad (or Wurd Problems) and get your whole game, with all the puzzles, characters and locations worked out, so you have a plan to follow. If you try to mix the creative process with the labor process too much, it can kill your interest in the game.

Just make the bloody game.

If you feel bored making the game, then you need to add something new and exciting to the next section of the game (it's called "adding a plot twist").

But don't complain on this forum that you psychologically can't make the game -- there are many people who finish their projects and a hell of a lot of people who give up and don't complain.

Stop posting here and finish it.

Or else I'll pull out my large lumpy stick again!

Don't let your hard drive break and lose all your data.  That's a surefire way to get frustrated and stop working.  I should know.  aRHGHAGHAGH.
