Well, if there is someone who can only go to one of them, perhaps they should be advised to go to mittens, while brittens (or wittens or whatever it'll end up being called) can be for people that definitely can't make mittens or for people that can make both.

I can probably only make Mittens, if there was a Brittens back at Laleham I could definatley make at least a day, but Welshland is ever so far away and I fear it is too far for just one day. But who knows.

I will definitly go to both. Most probably.

I really wish I could go to both, but I shall see how my budget stretches. I'm saving for a new graphics card and various other thigns, but I shall see.

If Mittens '06 is alleged to be the 4th week of August, I shall start hoping for a 3rd week of July Wellies. I'm in pre-production for a five-six week escapade throughout the UK, France, Portugal and Spain that I wish to bookend with Wellies and Mittens España.

Hmm, I do believed we overlooked one important detail when deciding the best time to hold Mittens V based on price: the ferry tickets for the overnight in Ibiza  . Perhaps before we agree on a timeframe we should first research fares. It's too early to check August '06, but September may be comparable. Denia -> Ibiza on a Thursday morning with a return Friday night is â,¬120 for that month. The August fare should not be too much over this. Discuss!

If I'm going, I'm thinking about sticking out there for more than a week... maybe go to Barcelona and Madrid if possible. Is it possible to go without too much problem?

I know the AGSers... and maybe Ibiza is too much for our interests. In an easy (not acurate way, but speaking easy...) way to speak, Ibiza in August is a huge rave disco.

I'm definatly a no for Ibiza. I'm fine with Benidorm, Barcelona or the likes. Also I agree with Petteri, although September would be cheaper many people will be returning to school/college/university.

A date sometime around the last week in August would be preferable for most I believe.

Ah, just a quick thought. Is this going to be the same old 5 days, because I wouldn't mind spending some more time in Spain looking at the local culture and brushing up on my Spanish, so if anyone else plans on doing the same, let us try to organise something closer to the date.

a) I'll bring my whole family
b) they wont be camping, so neither will I
c) we'll visit our friends in Malaga, too

If anyone else want to look at cheap flights WITHIN Spai, I believe Vueling are the low-cost operator for internal Spanish flights
