Hopefully one day I'll finally get the game I've been thinking about making for about 6 years done. Then it can be on a list...  :(

Thanks everyone!  I'm playing A Tale of Two Kingdoms with my girlfriend now,and enjoying it immensely!   :)

Alien Time Zone next then.

Snake

And then Castle of Fire!

It's not an adventure game... and it has nothing to do with King's Quest... but it does have a castle in it...

(most importantly it was made with AGS)

You could at least give it a shot, but don't expect to like it... nobody else did ::)
Grim: "You're making me want to quit smoking... stop it!;)"
miguel: "I second Grim, stop this nonsense! I love my cigarettes!"

I do! I do! It's a probably the most difficult AGS game ever, but I do!

After playing Charlie Foxtrot I made it my mission to big it up at every oppurtunity. It's the perfect game for anyone with Space Quest nostalgia. (I've seen a few people give cautionary notes about the graphics and music - this puzzles me greatly as somebody who's been playing AGS games since Rob Blanc I and The Treasure of Drunk Island)

Nelly Cootalot and Nanobots are also terrific, in different ways, and if you can find Cirque Du Zale it's well worth it.

The best game Yahtzee has made is Adventures in the Galaxy of Fantabulous Wonderment, though strangely the one nobody seems to mention. It's a good one to check out.

Just completed 'Da New Guys' and its pretty hilarious game, so a must play suggestion from me. AGS Game database link isn't working, look into gameseek thread for download.

Lost in the nightmare: One of the scariest games you'll play
Frank the farmhand: The second one might disappoint considering the first one is so awesome, but they're great games to play.

The games of Yahtzee, Grundislav have already been mentioned but they're awesome, and also the McCarthy Chronicles. But those have been said.

Robert Redford Saves The Day! IF you can get it to run. ;)

Ace Quest!

Lassi Quest! Red Flagg and the Red Flagg remake!

All essential for your AGS diploma!

Essential for nostalgia purposes, maybe.  Let's face it, 90% of the pre-2003 games made with ags were rather poor, though a lot of that was the evolution of the community itself.  Just look how much Grundislav has grown as a person and as a designer since Secret of Carver Island.  There are gems from way back to be sure, and Ace Quest definitely has humor going for it, but most of the community today wouldn't 'get it' or look beyond the visuals to the cool things people were achieving with ags in its early years.

This is why I say those games are better for people who were around at the time.

This makes me weirdly proud to have joined the community in January 2003, even though I didn't release a game for four years.

I'm going to suggest The Life of D. Duck because it has that brilliant quality of being so much better than you expect. The sequel is also very nice, with some hilarious animation.

I also back Duty and Beyond and Jessica Plunkenstein as games that deliver more than you expect in terms of gameplay and humour.

I back Duty and Beyond and Hallway of Adventures (i think thats what its called). Mordalles is excellent.

It seems like everything he touches turns to gold.. EVERYTHING!
