  Hello I'm sorry to break a rule in this area I have to be 16, I'm only 13 but I found a great link that you can get already created sprites and backgrounds but make sure you give the creator credit if they ask for it.

Hey that's quite neat.
I made some games with rpg maker backgrounds and characters before. (I even have a HUGE project floating around somewhere.) Not the best solution for ags games, but it's better then to sit idle and nag people who can draw.
