Dual/Wyz,
Could the host and his desk be replaced to the side of the ceremony screen in stead of being in front it like it is now?
Somehow it distracts when you show stuff on the screen.

I just found out minutes ago that I will have a work-related event this Saturday. I'll try to make it home in time for the ceremony, but I'm pretty sure I won't able to attend. Sorry.

Damn a lot of stuff happens around here without me noticing..

..and here I was, disappointed that there wouldn't be a game-style awards after checking out the archived 2008 version and just savouring the possibilities. I even put my pretend coder cap on again and messed around with Wyz's original code in the hopes I would have come up with something myself. (I actually understood more than I thought I would and it was FUN, but fruitless i'm afraid).

So uh, am I too late to register? I don't have a character but maybe I can go for a marathon session tonight and cobble something together that will make you puke. If not, i'll settle for the normal low-res retro irc channel.

Awesome work Dual et al. You are legends. Enough said.

You don't need to provide your own avatar, stray. The game comes with a selection of default ones to choose from (though you might end up wearing the same thing as someone else, in case you find that sort of thing mortifying).

I claim Ponch's spot in the name of Oceanspirit Dennis. If you can't make it, old buddy, I'll make sure there's enough OSD spirit for the both of us. I'm pretty sure Dualnames can handle the Barn Runner fan demographic.

That would be a disaster(!) Nah, not so worried about what i'll be wearing (naked on all fours is just fine=P ) Just unsure as to whether I need to register to join via the game/is there a limit on numbers/which download link to use and whatnot.

Turns out I will be there after all. I called in a favor with a co-worker and he's covering for me. So now we can both wave the flag for OSD (and Barn Runner).
