Or causes explosions that blacken things.

Haha. There may be some of this in the game.  ;)

Whoa, thanks everyone for your kind words! :) It's encouraging to hear from so many of you. Technically, I've been working on this since November 2006, so it's nice to visualize the game actually getting done. The entire process has been both rewarding and nerve-wracking. Has anyone else noticed that game design involves a lot of staring at the screen and crossing your fingers?

I'm hesistant to say any more about the gameplay or the characters; you might just have to wait and see. ;) Although...Radiant, you have quite uncannily guessed that I like to use explosions whenever possible.

Dualnames

Didn't notice the obsession of explosions.. i have the same things for killings.
Worked on Strangeland, Primordia, Hob's Barrow, The Cat Lady, Mage's Initiation, Until I Have You, Downfall, Hunie Pop, and every game in the Wadjet Eye Games catalogue (porting)

It can become habitual.

Right now I'm crossing fingers, eager to see all them explosions!
Hm. Since they are *nanobots*, though, they can not actually do really BIG explosions...

Dualnames

Just NanoExplosions then.

Really love the idea and the graphics! And since I am a nanotech PhD student, I of course have to give you my special thumbs up for making a game about nano. Keep it going!

Hey guys, thanks for your patience. It looks like we're not going to have the game done in time for Valentine's Day, but it shouldn't be long after that. Beta testing is in high gear and the game is moving forwards every day. Lots of little details are getting added in the sound effects and art, and the testers are letting me know where I should put in some in-game hints. I'm not going to set a new release date, but just keep an eye out. :)

BTW: Thanks fovmester! That's pretty cool that you're in nanotech. I hope you don't mind my inaccuracies. ;)

Wow, pretty soon I'll be able to call you Doc ;)

And I love the idea of having 6 controllable characters all at once. Should make for some inspired puzzles.

Hey everybody, just letting you know your patience is about to be rewarded. ;)

We're about to dive into our last round of beta testing, and Vince has informed me that we should be able to release the game by the end of the month. For your enjoyability, we added a tutorial at the beginning, a bunch of music and sound effects, and some bonus stuff at the end. Woo! Nanobots!

IndieBoy
