i read today on ceefax that apparently the U.S. forces are using heavy metal music to torture information out of iraqui officials, it makes them very upset because they have never heard anything like it before and it goes against their cultural beliefs, or something. they are using Enter Sandman by Metallica and Let the bodies hit the floor by that nu-metal band (forgot the name)
its probably bollocks thinking about it now, but if its true i feel you need to make reference to it in your game.

you should change the names, and you're sure to aviod any lawsuits.
changing one single letter in a copyrighted name's enough to avoid it.

instead of "metallica" you could name it "metallic A". that's my advise
