Games to 320 x 200 to full screen

When execute games 320 x  200 to full screen a black rectangle appears in the display screen's inferior zone. Does any form that he occupy all of the screen ?

What if you take a screenshot and see if rectangle remains on it as well? If it doesn't, then thats probably your monitor settings that need to be tweaked for 320x200 (horizontal/vertical size/position etc).
