I'am sorry, i be sure that this is a really stupid qeastion but how can i make my own chars?
Yes I now i can draw it but how and with wich program?

MS Paint, PaintShopPro, PhotoFiltre, whatever Paint Program you use.

I used to make games but then I took an IRC in the knee.

You could use Inno Setup. But please don't make one. Setup's are just annoying.
