2.71 Help File & Finding version 2.7

Where can I find the 2.7 version now ?
And, the help file available in ags 271 is for 271 or it is for 270 ?

Available where?
The one that comes with the download relates to that version - so if you've got V2.7 it's for V2.7, if you've got V2.71 it's for V2.71, if you've got one of the V2.72 betas, it's for the V2.72 beta.
The Online Version relates to the most recent full version (i.e. V2.71).
I know what you're thinking ... Don't think that.
