I seem to be having a problem where ever time I import a mask for walk behind areas, it always makes ther other ones I've imported go away. I tried coloring each mask diffrently but that just made them go to diffrent mask numbers and still got rid of the old one. Any help here?

I've never used this feature, but I'm pretty sure that you are supposed to draw ALL walkbehinds into the mask.
You can probably add other walkbehinds manually AFTER having imported it.

i have two areas because they are two seprate walk behind areas that have diffrent base lines.

I've also struggled with this for a while - the solution is to draw all walkbehinds in the same mask, as KhrisMUC said. Different walkbehinds are distinguished by color, in palette order - palette color#0 is the non-walkbehind backround, color #1 is walkbehind 1, #2 walkbehind 2, etc. (it does not matter which colors you use, you can paint them black, purple, pink, whatever, as long as the color has the correct palette index)
