Wow, I hadn't anticipate this kind of start on these forums  :o
Especially when I haven't created pixel art for quite a while and there were some great sprites on this jam.

About the hat. In some of the other reference pics he had a hat and on some he didn't. Well, I used one where he didn't and so in my sketch he didn't have a hat
Then I noticed that he was one pixel too narrow and tried to make a hat in his hand to get more width but I wasn't happy with it so I made a shadow to get that width and he was left without the hat
Don't know if the hat is vital part of Fozzie, but I haven't seen a single episode of the muppet show so I can't really say

I already have some devilish restrictions in mind for the next sprite jam
