I don't want to get too far into my game without feedback about the graphics.\

Paintovers used: ?? Some office man and office lady (Indiana Jones, I think). If I re-find the site they're from I'll edit...

I'm wondering about her dress. I want her to be somewhat professional, but sexy. I have two types of dresses here. I'm wondering if I should make her hair grayscale or keep it a washed out yellow (for blond).

I really like these a lot.  The character and the animations are great and show a lot of character, even talking which is very simple.  The down walking animation doesn't seem quite right though, almost as if he's dancing.

As for the dress, i'd suggest the first, and I think the hair looks fine now, though it may look different on the backgrounds.

Look forward to seeing more...

Those are very nice paintover; I assume Indiana Jones and Sophia..... I think it's cool to use them as basis; it helps you develop your own style later, and get a feel for how animation and characters work.  I used paintovers quite a bit myself; by studying them, I picked up on how animators do what they do.

I like the black and white scheme.  It'll be nice to see some more artwork.

Really diggin' these. Personally, if the girl's hair is to stay blonde, I'd be sure she was an important character, and have her hair be the only coloured one in the game... but that's just me.

I also like the 2nd dress better, but the 1st one may be more suited to the description you gave. Something in between may be in order -- either a diagonal cut or a side slit, maybe.
