oh no, you used jpeg again...  >:(

So whut? No need to cut off his...ears. ;)
Ahm, is it just me or the room is too tidy. Yes, there are tiny spots of blood here and there, but all the inpression I get is that nothing monstrous happened there. :( Add some broken furniture, torn appart wall-paper. Obivously whoever was killed wasn't send to the other world just by one single shot/hit since there are blood-spots on the wall, cupboard and carpet. So there was some kind of fight.

LOL, what the hell?! Only five liters of blood per person, please. This looks like somebody killed an elephant with hemophilia in there.
I don't want the world, I just want your half

Kastchey

It could have been an elephant for all you know. As well as a group of five victims, all killed in this single room. They'll all fit inside the rolled carpet if you slice them well enough.
Actually, this was rather meant as a joke edit, not a serious reply... so lol indeed =)

(and rbaleksandar might have a point about the hints of a bloody fight in the room IF there had been one, which we don't know)

rbaleksandar

lol That IS too much :D:D:D btw Why is the carpet rolled up? After making such a mess nobody's going even too look at it. ;D

Well it's rolled up so you don't suspect there was a murder there - no body, no crime...those liters of blood don't prove anything.  ;D

onT: Yeah, maybe a few more details like dropped open books, broken chair or a vase, something like that on the floor might make it more interesting. Beauty (or is it devil) is in the details.  ;)

ROFL Good one there, anian. ;D Now let's leave the jokes aside.
Your last edit krishaw, that was inspired by Kastchey's, is really good. I really like Kastchey's second edit, which is - no need to say - way creepier than the first one. Well, yes, there's too much red human fluid everywhere, but if you do something between

and

it'll be awesome. And again - add some other evidences that you even might use as gameplay-elements like taking a hair from a beneath a broken chair or the carpet, finding some other evidences inside the creepy box (looks like those with spikes from the inside :D). Obviously something terrible happened here (gross if one looks at Kastchey's edit where it's not obvious that someone's killed there ;)). Make it look like a crime scene. Add some more atmosphere.

I just wanted to add this: This is really inspiring as far as horror goes. I love when the background can inspire a feeling of presence and yet there is no enemy around for miles (or so I assume :P)
Anyways, all the stuff here looks great. Sorry for rambling and not adding much to the topic, just wanted to mention I thought all the ideas here were really neat  :)
