See each room will have 2 backgrounds. One background for each side of the room. 

The Mansion will be Rebuilt

Like the dungen will not have the lab door

Not sure if the MM deluxe people mind you taking their backgrounds. At least credit them in the credits. If this was talked about already, well I can't remember.
