What? I got about ten words there... But you seriously lack depht, and there is absolutely nothing in the room... Why are there shelves there if they have no special purpose?

Uku

no il add detail etc bottles later
PS!sorry for my english.

Why? If you have plans, make them happend, and then post the pic.

Damien

Why? He said he has a problem shading it.

Uku, I'm guessing the only lightsource comes from the hole at the top of the cave. If that is correct then most of your shadows are at the wrong place. For example, look at those two shaded pillars (let's call them that) surrounding the left shelves. The upper one has the lightsource in front of it and yet it's front is shaded.

Very nice! i totally dig the clean style.. now put some books/bottles or something in that cave hideout! :) really.. nice, but it needs some work on details..

and perhaps make the open air blue in stead of yellow..

"Stary" thingy?  I'm not sure what you're referring to here (and I'd be surprised if anyone else is, either).  My best guess is that you mean "starry" and that you're referring to the star-shaped shadow around the hole in the ceiling...in which case, I wouldn't worry about it.  For the style you seem to be going for, it looks fine.  The only thing I'd maybe suggest about it is making its edges a bit more curved, but that's not a big deal.

Though I second what Damien said about most of your shadows being in the wrong place.  Think of where your light is coming from (the hole in the ceiling, unless there's going to be a lamp or some other light source you haven't put in yet), and remember the shadows will be on the opposite side from that.  (The shadow around the hole is fine, though; the light wouldn't be able to reach the edges of the hole there, so shadows there make sense.)

trylle an khrismuc- il do something between your guys pictures.

PS!turn on light in your kichen and go to off-light etc livingroom nd look shadows. its light only where light lands, so you dont se border of light. ofcourse, if its dusty air, you can make laser looking lightnings(borderd air).-imo.
anyway thats my opinion(sayd before)and you paint, as you like i`m not stoping you.(we do have ?liberty of speech"...???)

EDIT/its BASEMENT!!.I forgot to tell before, that a window is in left.
PS!sorry for my english.

Saberteeth

Here, it's a little lighter than khrismuc's and little more cartoony than trylle's.

Plus, I've fixed the light source, I think It's a little more casual this way.
And the shelves need some more fixing in terms of lighting but it's mainly fixed ;D.

Uku

i still have to do ladder, but is it okay?
PS!sorry for my english.

I think the queston is: is it ok to YOU? If you like it, then it's good. I like it, it's very nice and clear. Though if something, I'dd add some perspective to the shelves to the right, and add the light there too. By this I maen the square, that the hole forms... it touches the corner of the shelf, but the corner isn't lighter.

Uku

but do i have to paint right shef over, its has rotten in basement for .. many ear(uyear)s and its lopsided.

Here's a quick paintover. Used to help you improve shading:

1. The main green line represents the middle of your light. The Lines with arrows coming from them are to show you light (and light reflected from the ground) hitting the surfaces.

2. The red surfaces are the one that are hit by light and that shouldn't be shaded. The blue surfaces are those that reflected light cannot hit because those shelves are in it's way.

3. This is the actual paintover. I've also made the shading a bit darker and made outlines the same color.

I need a title for my game! Please PM me if you'd like to find out what it's about. :D

To make the shelves look ancient i dont think its good to make the perspective wrong.. perhaps this sort of thing is better to let it look old:

Alun

Except that I thought from the color the shelves were made of wood...and wood doesn't crack like that.  The pattern of cracks in that drawing looks like stone, not wood; wood generally develops straight cracks along the grain, not meandering, irregular cracks like those.
