Sorry, couldn't think of anymore c-words...

Well, here they are. 3 out of 5-6 characters I might use, so please tell me what you think (ans suggest possible improvements).

Hey! they look really cool. Maybe you should pit some shading on their hands...?

(Gahr, just lost post.  It'll be shorter this time)

Looking good!

Minor points: shading/highlighting on the sleeves of the guy on the left and in the middle is too much compared to the amount of "regular" color.  Also, the red on the middle guy's highlighted sleeve is maybe a bit too bright.

Good work so far, definitely.

Great work. The characters are full of personality and frankly quite well drawn.

I just tried doing a small paintover in the first one. Basically I wanted to apply the face structure of your second character because it simply "fits" quite good with your style.

And a small proposal for the rest of the body. Perhas I shouldn't have changed the legs..  but this is just a rough idea.

I tried to stick to the psd pallete you've used as well, but I couldn't locate the skin shade so I've added an extra skin color.. as well.

Nothing major as you can see, just tried to align a few parts while staying true to the style.

Hope this helps..

I know I've seen your name and avatar somewhere else… can't seem to place it where though.

Anyway, I think those look great. I have two minor opinions though.

1) For the first and second character, it looks like the tunics they’'re wearing are skin tight, I've always thought that shading should determine a characters body instead of outlines.

2) The third one needs a little more detail on the face and (chainmail?) tunic.

I just wanted to add that I think those sprites are really cool and relay a lot of character.

very nice sprites :)

but it looks like the strong dude has got irritating deodorant :P
Try to make his 'strongness' a bit more realistic, unless you're going for this style ofcourse

And you might try an outline on the characters with a darker variant of they current colour (did I say that correctly?)

but again,
unless this is the style you're creating

Thanks for all the comments. Unfortunately, I'm rather busy with real life (TM) issues at the moment.
