First try giving him knees. At the moment they look like spaghetti. Secondly, he needs longer arms. Fix these for starters. Then we'll go from there.

P.S: Is that his penis hanging out?

That's quite good! The only things that bother me are those white spots on him. Ths shading is maybe a little weird, but it isn't disturbing me. The brown outline however, does disturb me, but just a little. Also, Are the pants supposed to look like the flag of sweden? Otherwise I might suggest changin the colour of the patches, they look almost too much out of place

The flag of Sweden... Heh, It wasn't meant to look like it though, but I'll keep it since I'm swedish and it can be some sort of intern joke in the game.

you should turn the left foot of him more inside (from our view his right leg), because you must be really stupid if you put your both feet outside. Furthermore it's a nice drawing, though I'd say, try to make a new layer, in your editing program, and make lines of 1 pixel thig, and then recolour it.

I'll look if I can make some time, to show you what I mean.
