Also, I don't know how I should do the glass in the window. It looks out onto their back garden.

heh, it's great jimi, but I have some comments

Maybe it's best to loosen on the black outlines and go for other colors instead.

Besides a sink you also missed a stove and maybe an oven (for what do you have a kitchen).

note that the black outline thingy could be a matter of taste
