Need Comments on Sprite

Hey guys. I'm looking to make my first AGS game and I need comments on this Sprite I'm currently making.


By the way, this is a thumbnail. Click to zoom and view back and side (unfinished) shots.

He's supposed to have the left side of his face swollen from a toothache but I can't quite get it to look like that.
He's about 100 pixels tall. Is this the right size to make your average character?
Any suggestions?

what does he look like facing left?
I like the feet! Not sure about the face and the growth on it...

I'm working on the legs of the "facing right" view first then I'll mirror it and do the appropriate changes later.
I don't like the look of the feet in the "back" view though. And I think I'll change that thing on his face to stripes or something to emphasize swelling.
