He looks good to me. Love the drugged expression. Maybe his ears are a bit too high.

He's hunched over a bit, droopy shoulders 'n all. The ears are a bit too high up, didn't realize that before. Thanks for mentioning it, will fix that

Give him some hair along his ears. He may not be a sideburns guy, but everbody has SOME hair there, unless they're wearing a wig. And maybe you could add a shade/highlight to his hair?

Clearly he's not just "not a sideburns guy" but he's rather an anti-sideburns guy. He absolutely loathes sideburns. So he shaved them off. All of them. All the way up to the top of his curiously misshapen skull.

Besides...the way he's holding himself he's clearly about to fall asleep standing up. Just look at him. He's mad as hell. And tired too. Just like me. Everyone isn't just exactly like he's exactly like the way I am without sideburns which I have.

If you look close, you see that his mouth is equal to his nose...

Just a detail, but once you notice it it gets weird, so maybe you should change.

And good job on the rest! Its like thousands of times better than anything I could draw!
