Heya, thanks everyone. I did another update myself using some of your ideas :).

Eyes - you know that :)
Breast is big again, but...Ah, well...We'll have to survive this "big boobs"-invasion. ;D
About the left leg - the problem here is mostly with the fact that her leg has something between side and front view. So there has to bend somewhere in the middle to show that she has knees. ;)

Well, the knee shouldn't be that protruding, but I hope you'll understand me.

The eyes...Well with them is that the there's only one pixel for the iris(+pupil; but since this is pixel art and the image here is small, one will never notice) and another one pixel for the sclera. So there's no way to make her not look with both dark parts of her eyes (iris + pupil) to the left or right and at the same time possible to make her look straight in the player's direction (that's us - gamers :)) without crossing her eyes rediculously (don't mean to offend any cross-eyed guys around her). So I made her eyes 3 instead of 2. She still won't be able to look down to her nice boots or up to the birds in the sky, but I think she isn't eye-crossed now. :D But she looks to serious omho.

Here is how she looks in different directions:

PS:
When the black part of her eye is near the hear (while looking to the right), it's difficult to see it. Maybe if you make her eyes a little bit darker...This will fix the problem, but I'm not sure if it'll look good on her face. By the other views you can see her eyes clearly enough.

PS2: I've resized it with Paint so the result doesn't look that good :D
I am a mighty pirate. Arrrrgh!

As with your Indy sprite, I think you should pay more attention to anatomy.  I made a really rough female figure approximately the same dimensions as yours and then filled it in to look like the character, only at 6.5 heads rather than 5.5.

1.  Reduced size of head so I could make her 6.5 heads tall, which allows for better proportions.

2.  Started off with a generic cocked hip standing pose.

3.  Moved eyes down to center of head.

4.  Made shoulders wider, which widened the torso as well.

5.  Colored in the figure to resemble the original image but with simple shading.

Basically, I've just taken your image and translated it into a more anatomically correct version.  My example is far from perfect, but for the dimensions it should give you some idea of how to approach the various parts of the female form.  In particular, pay attention to the shoulders and hips.  For both men and women, shoulders stick out one head in width on either side.  With women, their hips will stick out as far as their shoulders.  Once you get these basics down you should have no trouble.

I agree ProgZmax, this pose looks much more natural. The fullness of the hair and a smaller face was a nice touch!

Maybe it's because I have just been watching the show but progz version looks exactly like Roz from Frazier

:o Wow, amazing stuff ProgZ. You are right, anatomy is my big problem right now. But I guess that routine on creating pixel-art, which I don't realy have right now, doe's help alot to make it look natural. My next steps of learning will be spend on various anatomy books :D. Thank you

Progz's version is definitely an improvement, but I'd still say her chest and shoulders look a tad big. To be sure, we're not talking anomalies here, just a fair bit larger than average.

This picture shows the shoulders and torso in a mirrored fashion to the way I presented it.  Ignore her legs since she's standing really awkwardly, and of course be aware that some nudity is involved.

As you can see, the shoulders on a woman stick out pretty far from her body when properly supported (ie, they aren't slouching).  The best way to approach any kind of human drawing is to use the vast strengths of the internet to your advantage by looking at some real women (or men, if need be) in various poses.  You could literally take some of these images and reduce them to whatever dimensions you are working at for your game and use them as direct proportion references for your own characters, though you will find that for most low res art the size of the head in particular will be very small indeed.  This is why many game artists will exaggerate the face, hands and feet somewhat, but with the size of characters in your game I think you could be anatomically faithful and not lose any important facial details.
